Non-parametric peak finder algorithm

Description:


You can run this code using PyROOT (ROOT+Python, Linux/Unix) or using SCaVis (Java, all platforms):

1) Run script NPFinder_ROOT.py using PyROOT (implemented in C++ and ROOT)
2) Run script NPFinder_jhepwork.py using SCaVis (implemented in Java and does not require ROOT)
