To perform calibration, you'll want to load the primlist described in this document: https://atlaswww.hep.anl.gov/asc/wikidoc/doku.php?id=itk:testbeam.
Specifically, do the following:
Rename the “config” folder to “configs”. Alter the config file ending in “6999” - change the option “Address 7” to “Address 8”, which corresponds to the FE-I4B chip geometry we're using. Open up calibGui. Load a config file. On the scan tab, save the global module configuration. Make sure the path is pointing to the “configs” folder. Run a scan. (I don't know if this part is necessary, but some path might not set correctly if you don't do this part). Load a primlist and run it. In the “configs” folder, take the config file corresponding to the latest run number. Load this config file the next time you want to run something. It points to the correct threshold correction data files.
