 ===== Description===== ===== Description=====
 Accelerator Technology is the enabling foundation for accelerator-based HEP. This Group will of necessity need to work closely with a number of other Topical areas in order to identify and assess the feasibility of the technology required to realize a broad range of proposed future HEP machines. Our Topical areas are aligned with the some of the elements of the general DOE/HEP General Accelerator R&D (GARD) program: Superconducting Magnets, Conventional and Superconducting RF and Particle Sources and Targets.  Accelerator Technology is the enabling foundation for accelerator-based HEP.
