 ===== Description===== ===== Description=====
 Solid State Detectors and Tracking covers solid state sensors for tracking detectors, from silicon to diamond and other alternative materials. It also covers non-solid state trackers such as straw trackers for high-intensity experiments. Trackers should be discussed in the context of future collider challenges, such as radiation hardness, ultra-fast sensors and minimal mass. The latter requiring things like 3D integration and ultra-lightweight materials for mechanical support and cooling, which should also be covered in this group. Solid State Detectors and Tracking covers solid state sensors for tracking detectors, from silicon to diamond and other alternative materials.
