==== Snowmass Coordination ====
The goal of SEC Snowmass Coordition is to provide a direct link between the early career community and the Frontier & Topical Group leadership to facilitate early career involvement in the Snowmass Process.

**Structure:**
  * 2--3 Liaisons per Frontier
  * Maintain level of leadership in line with Topical Group Conveners (e.g., access to Frontier meetings and planning conversations)
**Roles:**
  * Connect early career members with phyiscal activities of the Frontiers and push key SEC initiatives within the Frontiers
  * Liaise with Frontier leadership to disseminate relevant information to the early career community
  * Act as represation for the early career community to Frontier leadership by passing on issues/feedback, as needed
