Additional points (in black) are optional, but can be used to demonstrate performance in the presence of realistic beam background connditions. |COM Energy | **125 GeV** | 1.5 TeV | **3 TeV** | 6 TeV | **10 TeV** | 14 TeV | 30 TeV | |Total Luminosity (ab-1) | 0.020 | 0.25 | 1.0 | 4.0 | 10 | 10 | 10 | **Comments:**\\ - Total luminosity is per interaction point and assumes 5 years of datataking at each energy. \\ - Higgs Factory 125 GeV luminosity projections are higher than those corresponding to the MAP design and assume improvements from recent advancements in technology and potentially a higher duty cicle. The projection assumes narrow energy spread of the beam, which is beneficial for Higgs production and width measurements. \\ - Two detectors can be planned (except for 125 GeV), which will further increase luminosity by a factor of 2.\\ - Please contact us for configurations not included in the table or with any other questions.\\ - Note that we are still finalizing parameters for the muon-ion collider studies. ===== Muon Collider Detector/Physics Simulation ===== Full simulation Framework Web page: \\ [[https://confluence.infn.it/display/muoncollider/]]\\ Getting started guide:\\ [[https://confluence.infn.it/display/muoncollider/Tutorial]] Snowmass Hands-on-Tutorial Session (requires Snowmass cluster access):\\ [[https://indico.fnal.gov/event/45187/overview]] LPC Hands-on-Tutorial Session (requires cmslpc access):\\ Talks: [[https://indico.cern.ch/event/937551/]]\\ Tutorial (includes video recording): \\ [[https://indico.cern.ch/event/938616/]] Muon Collider DELPHES Simulation: \\ [[https://github.com/delphes/delphes/blob/master/cards/delphes_card_MuonColliderDet.tcl| CARD ]]\\ [[https://indico.cern.ch/event/969815/contributions/4098175/attachments/2154660/3633998/fastsim_mucol_pittsburg.pdf| Description]]\\ ===== Recent Related Workshops organized outside Snowmass ===== [[https://indico.cern.ch/event/1066333/| Informal LPC-based group meetings dedicated to Muon Collider simulations (recurring meetings)]] [[https://indico.cern.ch/event/1043242/| Second Muon Collider Community Meeting]] [[https://indico.cern.ch/event/1030726/| First Muon Collider Community Meeting]] [[https://indico.cern.ch/event/1037447/| Muon Collider Physics and Detector workshop, Organized by International Muon Collider Collaboration, June 2021 ]] [[https://agenda.hep.wisc.edu/event/1538/|Mini-workshop organized jointly by USATLAS and USCMS collaboration members, December 2020]] [[https://indico.cern.ch/event/969815/| Muon Collider Physics workshop, University of Pittsburgh, November 2020 ]] ===== Other Useful Links ===== [[https://muoncollider.web.cern.ch/welcome-page-muon-collider-website| Muon Collider Collaboration (MCC) web site ]]\\ [[https://map.fnal.gov| Muon Accelerator Program (MAP) web site ]]\\ [[http://mice.iit.edu| Muon Ionization Cooling Experiment]]\\ [[https://iopscience.iop.org/journal/1748-0221/page/extraproc46| JINST Special Issue “Muon Accelerators” (with many articles on accelerator design)]]
