This topical group covers heavy flavor production (top, bottom, and charm) at high-energy hadron and lepton colliders. Top-quark topics include precision studies of top-quark properties (top mass and couplings), of kinematic distributions of top-like final states, searches for new production modes and rare decays of top quarks, and algorithms and detectors for top quark identification at future facilities. Heavy flavor production processes (bottom and charm), also in association with other SM particles, are studied as precision probes of perturbative QCD and factorization. Several of these topics have a natural overlap with other topical groups and we anticipate fruitful discussions and collaborations.
The email list for our topical group is SNOWMASS-EF-03-TOP_HEAVY-FLAVOR [AT] FNAL.GOV. To subscribe to this list, see instructions on the start page.
