Description:

Particle gun for detector studies

A particle gun for single pions and deutrons. The eta and phi is set to 0. Production at (x,y,z,t)=(0,0,0,0). Charge is alternated. The momenta and the particle ID is given in the file name. The full Geant simulation is performed assuming no magnetic field (B=0). The sample is designed for timing studies. Each file has 50k events (only 1 TeV sample will have 10k events).

Comment on full simulation

While the baseline detector is SiFcc-7, the B-field for rfull009 tag was set to 0. The sample was designed for calorimeter studies, and we expect that the charged particles entering the calorimeter have exactly eta=phi=0. The sample is designed for timing studies.
