For the past 50 years Particle colliders have been at the forefront of scientific discoveries in high energy physics. This Group is to discuss novel concepts and possibilities for the highest beam energy colliders, to evaluate their respective potentials and prospects for further significant breakthroughs in the field. In particular, the questions and topics we address include:

1. Question/Topic1 (HL-LHC and upgrades, LHeC)
2. Question/Topic 2 (FCC, SppC)
3. Question/Topic 3 (Muon Colliders)
4. Question/Topic 3 (Synergies - with EIC, advanced schemes, etc)
